Product Overview
GMF3001 Series Doppler flow meter/flow meter is suitable for flow measurement of open channel and partial pipe. The instrument uses ultrasonic Doppler principle.The flow rate is measured, the liquid level is measured by the ultrasonic time difference method, and the flow rate is calculated by setting the section.
Doppler flow meter has the characteristics of compact structure, no rotating parts, long life, simple use and maintenance-free.
Compared with the traditional rotor flow meter and propeller flow meter, the Doppler flow meter has the advantages of high accuracy, no entanglement of rotating parts, less affected by water flow disturbance, convenient installation and operation, standard communication protocol, and the advantages of measuring water depth and temperature.

Advantages
GMF3001 Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter flow measurement is based on the Doppler effect. The probe emits a beam of ultrasonic waves obliquely upwards. The ultrasonic waves propagate in the fluid. The fluid will contain impurities such as bubbles or particles (it can be considered that the impurities in the fluid and the speed of the water flow are consistent ), when ultrasonic waves come into contact with impurities in the fluid, the reflected ultrasonic waves will produce a Doppler frequency shift Δf, which is proportional to the flow velocity. The flow velocity of the fluid can be measured by measuring the Doppler frequency shift Δf.
